About the Fonderia Artistica Versiliese
Founded in 1975 by Gino Lucarini, the Fonderia has always been involved in the realization of important works, contributing in growing all over the world, the popularity of the culture and the art of bronze casting, as well as of the town of Pietrasanta. Even today, the Versiliese faithfully maintains the same ethos: the art of craftmanship, the enhancement of each piece made with the technique of lost wax casting and the perfect combination of experience and modernity. A deep and constant commitment characterized by a spirit of flexibility and renewal in respect of traditions, has allowed the company to collaborate with international artists such as Fernando Botero, Giò Pomodoro, Alicia Penalba, Hidetoshi Nagasawa, Sacha Sosno, Sandro Chia and many emerging Italian and foreign artists.
