Internship: Production Assistant

Job Summary:                

Artrooms is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to assist with all aspects of the delivery of our event production activity.
Working for the Artrooms Fair, the Production Assistant will work as an integral member of the fair’s small production team reporting directly to the Director. The successful candidate will provide key administrative support and production assistance.  This will involve liaising with national and International artists, galleries, national art institutions, VIP guests and public. In addition to that, there will be an array of creative people to assist in the production, growth and marketing of the art event.  This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative individual looking to work in all aspects of the show, from start to finish.

Location:  Meliã White House Hotel, Albany St, London NW1 3UP (Regent’s Park, London).
Hours:  8 hours per day (10 am – 6 pm)
Internship period: 3rd January 2018 – 2nd February 2018 (1month)

Internship: Artist Liaison Assistant

Job Summary:                

Artrooms is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to assist with all aspects of the relationship between the artists and the Artrooms organization.
The Artist liaison role is one of the key roles in ensuring the fair runs smoothly and that artists enjoy a well organised, stress art fair. The role relies on an attention to detail and an empathy with the travel needs of the artist.

Location:  Meliã White House Hotel, Albany St, London NW1 3UP (Regent’s Park, London).
Hours:  8 hours per day (10 am – 6 pm)
Internship period:  3rd January 2018 – 2nd February 2018 (1month)

Internship: Guest Relation & PR Assistant

Job Summary:                

Artrooms is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to assist with all aspects of the delivery of our event production activity.
The main role of the Guest Relations Assistant is to provide all customers with an exceptional level of service and be a positive ambassador for the Artrooms Fair.
This role requires you to manage guest bookings lists, invitations, update customer details and log the fair activities greet and check-in visitors confirming that they are on the attendee list before entering the Conference Room at the appropriate time and check that the room is empty after each talk or presentation. You will also be required to look-after the speakers delivering the talks.
Other duties will include supporting the fair, carrying out various administrative tasks and working with the Artrooms team to make sure we provide the best customer experience that we can.

Volunteering: Onsite Fair Assistant

Job Summary:                

Artrooms is looking for motivated individuals to join our onsite volunteer team for the duration of the fair (6 days). Volunteers work closely with our artists, operations team and partners. The role is varied and exciting, providing valuable experience for anyone interested in events and contemporary art. Activities include hosting and event support, liaising with media partners, reportage, data capture and digital assistance for the social media savvy volunteers.
